#IPHONE 13 PRO MAX ANDROID#
That’s not the only change either instead of adding a dedicated macro lens like with cheap Android smartphones, further increasing the camera count, Apple decided to bake the functionality into the ultrawide lens. Still, even with shorter exposures, there’s much more light present this time around, making using Night Mode on the ultrawide a viable option, arguably for the first time since Apple introduced the tech on the ultrawide sensor. If you’ve got a tripod handy, the ultrawide is capable of producing low-light images that can hold their own against the main lens, although without OIS, it’s not quite up to the task if you’re just holding the phone.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max hasn’t stuttered once in general use, no matter what I threw at it.
Given Apple’s control over both hardware and software, you should expect a lightning-fast experience no matter what you’re doing, be it running Call of Duty Mobile at the highest graphical settings or exporting a video in iMovie. Of course, benchmarks are just numbers, and that doesn’t really tell you how a smartphone performs on a daily basis.
#IPHONE 13 PRO MAX UPDATE#
I’ll keep an eye out for a 120Hz update and re-run the tests once it’s available. There is a caveat though: as you can see from the GFXBench results, iOS apps need to be manually updated to support the faster 120Hz refresh rate, meaning our benchmark results are currently limited to 60fps despite being capable of generating more frames. > Usual limitations of iOS (lime lack of customisation) that Android users love to point out, even though the limitations are never really deal breakers. In terms of pure power, the iPhone 13 Pro Max’s A15 Bionic is simply unbeaten, even compared to the top-end Android smartphones – and some of our benchmark results are much further ahead than most of the competition, especially in the CPU department as our Geekbench 5 tests show. > Unconventional dual sim style (Physical SIM + eSIM) can be an issue for some users who need to use 2 physical SIM cards. > Heaviest phone I've ever used! 240 grams is a lot if weight, although it means the build is solid and battery is huge too. > Price! Yes it is extremely expensive in India but when other Flagships from Samsung have also touched these prices, it is not a factor to thinm about. > Performance is better than any other Smartphone out there, and never found any lag or hiccup in even gameplay time. > Flat screen helps in applying screen protector and using the device in general (Coming from Samsung S series, hated how curved screen adds to expense) Finally 3x zoom makes it better in zoom scenes than the past iPhones. > New camera setup is better than most other phones, and unquestionably it has the best Video recording as usual.
> Build quality is unquestionably Apple, Solid and Beautiful. > Battery life in unbelievable, not able to drain it in a single day, always ending up with 30~35% battery at the end of the day! > Display is gorgeous! 120Hz is a must have kn a Premium device and thjs one delivers it. Yes it is expensive, but if you have your sight set for it, it is the best phone you can buy. 24th September, so kudos to the Flipkart delivery team!Īs for the phone, it is the best iPhone experience you can have, simple.
